Degordian d.o.o. acts as a data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and as such is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on or through this website.

We believe that everyone has a right to have their privacy and data protected and that’s why we are 100 % committed to protecting the privacy and security of our website visitors and clients.

Also, your data is very important to us and so is your trust and that’s why we do not, and will not, sell, rent or otherwise distribute any of your personal data to any third party nor make your personal data public.

Personally identifiable information may include your name, email address and other information that specifically identifies you. We use it in a number of different ways – depending on the information and its purpose. Only your name will be shown on the public-facing website, and if the supplied email address is linked to a Gravatar account, your Gravatar photo will also be displayed.

Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this website until we see fit to either 1.) remove the comment or 2.) remove the blog post. Should you wish to have the comment and its associated personal data deleted, please email us using the email address that you commented with.

2.3 When you contact us via the contact form, e-mail or post

Such data is stored up to 1 (one) year from the date of receiving the enquiry.

2.4 When you subscribe to our email newsletter

If you have said we can, we’ll send you newsletter (approximately one per month) to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you see and find our products and services.

If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter, you can do this using the unsubscribe link contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email.

If you tell us you don’t want to receive our newsletter, it might take a few days for all our systems to be updated, so we would ask for your patience as you might get newsletter from us while we process your request.

2.5 When you send us an open job application

If you want to work at our company, you’re always welcome to send us an open job application.

Only few authorised persons within our company, bound by confidentiality statement who process your open job application for the purpose of contacting you and possible recruitment, have the access to your data.

The data is stored no more than 2 (two) years from the date when we received the open job application.

2.6 When you apply for open job position

If you apply to open job position, we will keep your received personal data until the final completion of the job competition.

After completing the job competition, we can keep your personal data only if you gave us the consent to remain in our database for up to 2 (two) years after the application for the job competition.

Only few authorised persons within our company, bound by confidentiality statement who process your open job application for the purpose of contacting you and possible recruitment, have the access to your data.
